TAXES
All purchases are tax-free unless shipped within the State of New Jersey. The State of New Jersey requires Baron Wells to collect 7% tax on all ‘Jewelry’ accessories shipped within the state.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You, as site visitor, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. This website and the Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing the Company with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place an order with the supplied information and credit cards supplied to the company.
SHIPPING
The Company is committed to delivering your purchase(s) as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days in the United States (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays. All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock, but will be shipped as soon as possible. Please specify if a target arrival date if necessary. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed on business days before 1pm.
Backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout and will be charged to your credit card at checkout. If additional shipping & handling fees apply, you will be notified by a Baron Wells customer service representative prior to your first shipment.

RETURN & REPAIR POLICY
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within the specified time-frames noted below.
Non-Jewelry Items:
The Company will accept returns and grant refunds for all fabric apparel and non-jewelry accessories within two weeks of initial purchase for the following reasons: 1) Item size was not as desired; 2) Item color or fabric style is not as desired; 3) Item has a manufacturing defect. Baron Wells will not refund any product that is deemed to be used in any material way.
Jewelry Items:
Baron Wells guarantees its accessories merchandise with a 6-month warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to repair it free of charge. However, there is a $20.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair. Repairs should be sent insured for the product purchase price to the following address via traceable mail:

Please be sure to include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number and email address along with a $20.00 check made payable to Baron Wells, LLC. Processing time is three to four weeks. If your purchase cannot be repaired because the damage is caused by general wear and tear, it will be returned to the address you provided. CARE INFORMATION
Links with Sterling Silver
Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver then turns to black. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and sunlight. To keep tarnish to a minimum it is advised that you store your cufflinks in the glass vial or other special packaging when not wearing them. To clean away excessive tarnish, clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive brand name liquid or paste silver polish.
Fly Links
Our Fly Links are handcrafted of premium feathers on steel rods. Each rod has been blunted and smoothed at the tip to prevent any other materials from becoming entangled with the Fly Links. However, much care is needed when wearing these cufflinks. Please do not wear Fly Links if you may expose them to other materials that are likely to catch and rip. You, as Purchaser, agree to indemnify the Company from any harm associated with our Fly links. Please also store the links in the glass vial provided to prevent any damage to the hackle and feathers.
Neckties
It is recommended that you hang you neckties at night – do not leave the knots in as they will permanently crease the fabric. When traveling, roll your necktie and place it in the capsule we provide and pack it safely in the corners of your luggage. If a stain appears on the tie, dip a clean cloth napkin in club soda or a similar solution and then dab away the stained portion.
